Good morning. It's come to our attention that this newsletter made a mistake. Last month, we identified boneless, skinless chicken thighs as the weeknight meal's best friend. This is patently false: That title instead belongs to the versatile, budget-friendly, wide-ranging category that is—frozen fish.
Think: Shrimp from a bag. Vacuum sealed tilapia filets. Salmon so frozen it could build a fort. Hungry? Well, what if I told you that—in under 30 minutes—those snowy shrimp could become our team's favorite scampi? Or that fish steamed with ginger and scallion might be the easiest, quickest way to put something delicious on the table? Or that all of these 19 weeknight fish recipes can begin in the freezer aisle? You'd say you're hungry—and you want to make Amanda's low-maintenance fish tacos tomorrow. |

| A few weeks back, our team shared their top tips for hosting—and this nugget from Jackson, our director of Merchandising & Planning, was our team's favorite:
"Make the bathroom experience special. At my housewarming party I had nice dimmed lighting, single-use hand towels in a tray (the hand towels always get so gross at a party) and a speaker playing a different playlist than the rest of the party (I went for female country classics from the 90s and 00s!)."
It just makes sense—and if it were up to me, I'd probably add in a few candles sitting atop this tortoise shell resin tray because, well, it looks good. |
