Good morning. I'd like to begin today by sharing the definitive rankings of Cold Weather, Dreary Afternoon, Soul-Lifting Soups: 1) Chowder. 2) Everything else. That's not a knock on Everything Else. Short Rib Chili's great. Pazole's better. This pho's fantastic. But chowder, like this smoked salmon version, has range. And, like this three onion one, is easy to make. And, like this seafood chowder or this crab and corn chowder, is the perfect sidekick for an afternoon of cold beer and couch time. Oh, and like this classic New England clam chowder, it's delicious. |

According to Lauren, our manager of events, one recipe on our site could potentially alter your future: "I am one for hyperbole, but this bread is, in fact, life changing. It's hearty! It's healthy! The bread in question? My New Roots' Life-Changing Loaf of Bread. |
