| | | My mom, Judy, took on Nabisco and won. After the company discontinued its Famous Chocolate Wafers—essential to many chocolate crusts and ice box cakes—my mom set out to create a substitute. And she nailed it with cocoa, butter, and…Nabisco Nilla Wafers. So maybe Nabisco won? Coin toss! We gathered at King Restaurant (started by women!). Throughout the night, two themes emerged: fundraising is nearly impossible right now, and it's extra important to build community in tough times.
