THURSDAY Chorizo and Egg Chilaquiles With Salsa Verde Combine home-fried chips, salsa verde, spicy chorizo, and eggs, then serve it up with fresh radishes and vinegary pickled onions, and you have yourself a chilaquiles dish that feels right at home on the dinner table. FRIDAY 30-Minute Pressure Cooker Chicken Stew Here, canned chickpeas, roasted tomatoes, smoked paprika, and chorizo come together in a pressure cooker to form a flavorful base for fall-off-the-bone tender chicken legs.
