This recipe is based off of the versions Sho grew up making at home in New Delhi: a little lime juice in a tall glass; a pinch of kala namak or a pinch of sugar, or both, depending on your preferences; ice; and soda. It's pure, icy relief on hot summer days, but is just an enjoyable all year round. More ways to cool down
