Good morning. It's Easter. Fleets of hollandaise-smothered English muffins have conquered your kitchen island. Stampedes of children in pursuit of egg-laying bunnies circle those Eggs Benedict settlements. And somewhere off the coast of the living room, Hurricane Mimosa looms. The day promises chocolate, champagne, and butter. You rejoice, for brunch has risen.

For brunch recipes, the quiche is in the oven. Meaning, you either tracked down that Gouda or you didn't. Other than these delicious, last-minute options, there's little worth cooking at this point on Easter. The same should not be said for cocktails and coffee drinks—most of which you'll actually have the ingredients and energy to tackle. Here are some of our favorites:
