I can't stop eating this matzo toffee.

Big Little Recipe
Here's my mom's recipe for matzo toffee—sort of.
I kept the itty-bitty ingredient list (four pantry staples plus toppings if you're in the mood), but tinkered with the finer details. The result is less sweet, more salty, and just as impossible to eat only one piece.
Warmly,
Emma

A No-Brainer
Don't want to make caramel? In this recipe, you don't have to. The toffee couldn't be easier if it tried—come on by the test kitchen and I'll show you.

Mosser Glass Bathing Beauty Dish
I'm obsessed. Made in Ohio from hand-pressed glass, Bathing Beauty (her real name!) was dreamed up with bar soap in mind, but I've turned her into a catch-all for jewelry. And honestly—I might need another for potato chips.
