Good morning. March Madness is here and it brings two truths. One, never divulge which teams you put in the Final Four. This isn't to maintain some advantage in your office pool (which you begrudgingly agreed to after reading Ethan from HR's third email reminder in two days), but because conversations about anyone's bracket are as interesting as photos of a coworker's cousin's newborn. Two, over the next few weeks, the best way to host friends is by filling your living room with dips, chips, couches, cold drinks, and a TV broadcasting the Caitlin Clark game. We'll help with the former.

Re: dips, chips, and cold drinks. Think of March Madness as the Super Bowl's dress rehearsal. With no expectations to nail the obligatory chili or buffalo chicken dip, the NCAA tournament presents the perfect opportunity to explore those dip and spread recipes you've long stashed in your "saved" folder. And maybe, if you're blessed with good weather, you fire up the grill, and throw down some pre-summer ribs . We've heard (and likely written) worse ideas.
